Since 2009, Hearth and Home has been sewing and growing, designing American-made custom upholstery for thousands of happy customers. Our family-owned business is thrilled to provide safe, high-quality, attractive Jack-Mat custom hearth cushions, along with gorgeous custom pillows, cushions, draperies and home décor items. Each custom item is designed by you and made lovingly by our hard-working team in our Missouri facility.
Fulfilling your custom upholstery order starts well before we cut the fabric. Our process begins when you place an order or reach out to us then we design exactly what you’re dreaming of. We get to know you during the design phase and enjoy working with each of you throughout the entire process. From measuring to choosing fabric and trim, we delight in every step and take great care in making sure your finished custom upholstery items exceed your expectations.

As orders travel through the different stages of creation, each one is carefully fashioned by our small team in a clean, smoke-free, animal-free, environmentally kind facility. Customers are always surprised when they learn we have talented seamstresses that actually sew everything themselves!
If you’ve been browsing our website, you may have noticed Hearth and Home designs and creates more than Jack-Mats, custom cushions and pillows. We also make pillow covers, draperies and shades, monogrammed products and pillows, wedding décor, table runners, daybed mattresses, and other items such as ottomans and poufs. We stock over 100 high-quality fabrics with great warranties. If there’s a particular fabric you love and we don’t stock it, we’ll order it. We strive to make buying custom upholstery simple and fun!
