Products will ship when payment has been received. Your order will ship to the address listed on YOUR RECEIPT. Please make sure it is the correct address. Any differences may delay your order and additional shipping charges may incur to resend.
As with most handmade products, all of our items are made upon receiving your order unless stated “in stock,” so please be patient with us getting your item to you. If there is any significant delay, we will contact you.
If you are in need of your product in less than the time allotted, please let us know when ordering. We can certainly offer a faster delivery service if needed. Please note, there may be a higher shipping rate.
All cushions ship via UPS. Smaller products ship via USPS.
Once your product ships you will receive tracking info via email.
International shipments can take from 2-8 weeks+ depending on location. This includes shipping to Canada. We will ship internationally via USPS. Please allow plenty of extra time to receive your order; items are often held in customs. Also note that Priority International tracking ends when the package leaves the US. There is no tracking available once it enters your country. Thank you for understanding.
