RETURNS: Stock Items can only be returned within 3 days of receipt, in their original condition and packaging, but please contact us first. Shipping charges are nonrefundable and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
All returns and refunds are subject to final approval from our Customer Service Department. A 25% restocking fee will be applied upon receipt and inspection of the item.
We strongly recommend purchasing a swatch listing first if you are unsure of the color as computer monitors will show color variations. We firmly DO NOT accept returns based solely on the expectation of color.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations are NOT accepted at any time for monogrammed and personalized items, nor for custom cushions and pillows once the sale is processed.
No Returns or Refunds: Custom orders are nonreturnable and nonrefundable if the item(s) were made with dimensions and materials you selected and approved. Hearth and Home is not responsible for reworking custom orders if you submitted incorrect information such as size, fabric type, and style. However, if the mistake was made on our part, we will gladly correct and reship the items.
Please be sure to READ your reserved listing and make sure all details are listed and correct. Reserved listings will include any custom information such as color choices but will not include standard details of the item. If the item is missing any key custom details, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO BRING IT TO OUR ATTENTION BEFORE PURCHASE. For example, if you requested a contrasting cording and it is not mentioned in the item listing or in the Note to Seller box, it will come with the same color fabric as in the cushion. Please note that a situation such as above is not the fault of Hearth and Home.

Damages or discrepancies must be claimed within 3 business days of receipt of order.
Care Instructions are included in the estimate. When choosing a cotton cover we recommend to spot clean only to avoid any shrinkage, washing of the fabrics is at your discretion. If you do choose to wash the fabrics, we are not held responsible for any damages that may occur during the process.
