The process is simple and you’re not alone; we’ll work with you throughout the entire process to ensure your item is exactly what you’re dreaming of.

1. From our product selection find the upholstered item that best fits what you’re looking for
2. Fill out the order information to the best of your abilities and confirm it
3. We’ll follow up with a phone call to perfect and finalize your order

To get a jump start on your design, try to have the following choices made or considered, then during our phone consult we’ll assist you with finalizing these specifications:

• Measure the space and the cushion/pillow/décor item
• Choose your padding thickness and fill (feather, foam, poly)
• Choose your fabric
• Choose trim, accents, a monogram
• Decide on buttons, zippers, ties
• Decide if you want tufting (buttoning) or rounded corners
• We will help you and make recommendations on what will work and what will not

Once you’ve approved the design and paid for your order, we get to work sewing your custom item, alert you when it ships and provide a tracking number. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received, so why not order today!
